The working principle of the cutter suction dredger is mainly to crush the seabed mud through the auger on the dredger, and then the powerful dredging pump transports the mud and sand mixture to the designated location through the mud discharge pipe. In this process, the dredger demonstrated its excellent digging and transportation capabilities. For example, SINOSAIL 22inch cutter suction dredger is 46meters long and  7.9meters wide. The total installed power reaches 1,753kilowatts, the designed dredging capacity is 4,000 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum dredging depth can reach 15 meters. Its powerful cutter head power is 170 kilowatts, which can handle silt and clay.

ANCHOR BOOM
The anchor boom system is a very critical configuration in the dredger.
