This is a Ject Suction Dredger, which is widely used for rive and lake excavating. This dredger is suitable for soft river bottom and peaceful water situation. There's two pipes, one is for suction, and the other is for water jetting. The water is jetted to the rive bottom, making the concentration is lower. Then the suction pipe is drived by the hydraulic system and sucking the slurry from bottom.
So if your working site is suitable, then this is a better option cause the price is much lower than other kinds of suction dredger.
