Bucket Chain Gold Dredger Discription:
The chain bucket dredger is a sand and medium stone mining machine suitable for river alluvial sand mines, folding geological structures, and no faults. The excavation depth is 4-25 meters below the water surface. Sand and medium stone can be excavated and screened at the same time on the ship. When it is close to the shore (within 20 meters), both materials can be transported to the shore at the same time. If the sand is far from the shore (within 500 meters), the sand row can be sent to the shore in the form of a pump or a transport ship, or it can be transported to a farther wharf by a transport ship.
Working principle:
A generator set is used as the main power to drive the lifting winch, forward winch, positioning winch, sand conveyor belt, stone conveyor belt and dredging bucket power separately. The lifting winch is used to move up and down, and the lower four corner wheels can be controlled to move up and down within 4-25 meters. The forward winch is used to move forward and backward as a whole, and the positioning winch is used to stabilize the rear end of the ship. The dredging bucket uses an electric motor to drive the reducer and the upper four-corner wheels at the same time. The power output by the upper four-corner wheels drives the chain and the dredging bucket to make a circular motion. The sand and gravel below the water surface are dug up by the dredging bucket, and the sand and gravel are poured from the dredging bucket into the grading screen. The sand and gravel are separated by the sieve holes of the grading screen, and enter the sand chute with the sand funnel and the gravel funnel respectively. The sand is slid onto the transport ship by the chute belt, and the gravel falls directly into the river.
