Cutter Head
The cutter head is installed at the inlet of the suction pipe and is responsible for cutting and mixing the riverbed sediment. Thecutter head power is usually between 20KW and 600kw. The cutter power and type can be customized according to different soil types.
Dredging Pump
The dredging pump of the cutter suction ship uses the rotating cutter head device at the front end of the suction pipe to cut and stir the riverbed sediment, and then transport it to the accumulation site with the help of powerful pumping force. It has high efficiency, low cost, all-steel structure, and is equipped with engines such as Weichai and Mitsubishi. The workload is 100-1400m3/h, and the clean water flow is 500-7000m3/h.
Discharge Pipe
The mud pipeline is used to transport mud to a designated location. The pipeline diameter and material are selected according to the transportation distance and soil characteristics.
